Our Company
Chase Tree Care is an award-winning family run company that was established in 2007. We are based in Hednesford in Cannock, Staffordshire. We provide professional tree surgery (or Arboriculture as it can also be referred to) to both homeowners and businesses throughout Cannock, surrounding areas of Staffordshire and the wider Midlands.
Chase Tree Care is owned by Simon Harrison, he is also the main Tree Surgeon for our company and has over 20 years’ experience in this trade. Simon is fully qualified in his trade and, at a company level, we hold full Public Liability Insurance to £5 million.
Since inception in 2007, Chase Tree Care has gone from strength to strength. We are honoured to now be members of the ISA (International Society of Arboriculture), the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Trader Register (the Register being managed by Staffordshire Trading Standards) and, more recently, The Best of Cannock.
Our membership of The Best of Cannock is something of which we are particularly proud. The Best Of organisation is a national operation which is run by region or town. Membership to each region/town is by invite and recommend only. Our invite came in the spring of 2014 which we were delighted to accept. We are pleased to say that our inclusion has been proven worthy by our subsequent wins in The Best Of’s annual awards. After less than 1 years membership, in February 2015, we were stunned and thrilled to be not only awarded “Highly Commended in Town” but “Winner in Category in the UK” – the latter award rating us as the best Tree Surgeons in the UK as voted on The Best Of site. More crucially, and meaningful to us, is that the awards are as a result of customer votes/reviews. Wonderfully, we can now say that we have done it again! In the 2016 Business of the Year Awards, we are pleased to say that we have again been awarded “Winner in Category” and “Highly Commended in Town”. We strive to make customer satisfaction a top priority and we feel these awards are evidence of our success in this respect – our repeat win means we must be doing something right!

Our Service
As professional Tree Surgeons we offer a comprehensive arboriculture service to customers throughout Cannock and its outlying areas. A map showing our scope of service can be seen further down this page.
We are able to cover all aspects of professional tree surgery: from hedge cutting and pruning, full removal of trees and hedges, remedial surgery (such as crown lifts, crown reductions and dead-wooding) to large scale ground clearance (see our FAQ’s page for a complete list of services). We also work closely with local Council Tree Officers regarding trees that may be covered by a TPO (Tree Preservation Order) or lie within a Conservation Zone.
Here at Chase Tree Care we have worked hard to build up, what we believe to be, a sound reputation amongst our clients for first class customer care, expertise and attention to detail.
With a high proportion of our previous clients being in the domestic market rather than commercial, you can be assured of:
- Our prices are aimed at affordability for normal household budgets – just because we are professionals doesn’t mean we are expensive within our field of work.
- An expert service tailored to each individual client – we recognise that every tree, garden, business premises and home is unique.
- We don’t discriminate or offer false reductions – no matter your house size, budget or age we offer the same fair unbiased pricing structure to everyone. We don’t believe in loading our prices just because you have a large house or expensive car, or in offering a fake % discount just because you are of a certain age.
- A client list that consistently calls us back when any further work is needed – customer satisfaction is a key aim for us and our long-standing client list (some clients have been with us from our early days in 2007/2008) is testimony of this.
- A fully insured service – we carry full Public Liability insurance for a reason. There is no benefit to risk taking where trees, people and chainsaws are concerned.
- Honest advice – if it doesn’t need doing, we will advise you as such. We won’t take on or charge for unnecessary work, unless you really want us to of course!
