About Us

Chase Tree Care is owned and operated by husband & wife team, Simon & Laura Harrison.

Simon Harrison

Simon has over 20 year’s experience in the field of Tree Surgery after qualifying in 1994 from, the then, Riseholme College of Agriculture in Lincolnshire (which later became part of De Montfort University).  Simon obtained a First Diploma in Forestry in 1993, and the National Certificate in Horticulture, plus further certification in Arboriculture, in 1994.  Simon also carries full NPTC (National Proficiency Tests Council) qualifications in Chainsaw Operations both on the ground and at heights.

After working for a number of years on a large Agricultural Estate in Lincolnshire as Head Woodsman, Simon then made the move to the Midlands.  Further employment with other Tree Surgery firms and local Councils followed until the establishment of Chase Tree Care in 2007.Simon Headshot 041113

Laura Harrison

Laura has over 20 years’ experience in running a business and has a professional background in Credit Control.  Laura has qualifications in Business & Finance, Customer Service and recent Edexcel re-certifications in Maths and English (just to prove the brain cells still work!).  She is also currently studying British Sign Language.

Laura carries out virtually all aspects of running the business outside of quoting and the actual Tree Surgery.  She is also usually the first person most people contacting the company will reach.

In addition to running the office on a daily basis, Laura is also a mum to Simon and Laura’s daughter & son.

Together, we take great efforts to ensure we build a good reputation for being a professional, friendly & efficient Company.  All our tree work is carried out to BS3998, the British Standard for professional Arboriculture.  Health & Safety for both client and us is paramount.  We strictly adhere to industry guidelines to ensure the safety & well-being of both our workforce & members of the public.  Given the dangerous nature of our work, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is worn at all times, where practical, in order to minimise risk.

We would both like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking an interest in Chase Tree Care.  Customer feedback and recommendation is invaluable to us and we welcome any comments you may have.
